Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) OR Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Daytime Shifts

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) OR Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for daytime in-home care shifts in multiple locations. If you’re a compassionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking empathetic and experienced PCAs or CNAs to provide in-home support to clients with varying care needs, including seniors and individuals receiving hospice or palliative care. This role offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those in need.
Requirements
- Active CNA license in the state of Virginia (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally attuned to client needs
- Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia, hospice, or cancer care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and gentle personal care
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
- Identify or recommend fun and engaging activities for client based on their interests
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and peaceful home environment
- Collaborate with family members and care teams to ensure continuity of care
