The Bluffs of Flagstaff is seeking dedicated and proactive Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) eager to advance their careers by transitioning to Certified Caregivers through our fully sponsored Arizona Bridge Program. Requirements
- Current CNA certification recognized in Arizona.
- Commitment to complete the Certified Caregiver Bridge Program within 30 days of employment.
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help improve the lives of elderly residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of residents at all times.
- Participate in training and successfully complete the Arizona Bridge Program within 30 days of hire.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to health regulations.
