About The Position

In this vital, hands-on role, you’ll provide direct personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and help create a safe, supportive, and dignified living environment. You’ll work closely with nursing and care teams to observe and report changes in resident needs, maintain accurate documentation, and respond calmly and effectively in emergencies. Experience working with the elderly in a personal care environment preferred.
Graduate of approved CNA training program and active placement on State of Maine CNA Registry.
Good written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to residents, family, staff, and outside facilities and vendors.
Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements.
Commitment to quality services and treating residents with dignity and respect.
Ability to work effectively with others and portray a positive, team-player attitude.
