The Opportunity: Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Bonus (Paid out at 3, 6, and 12 months for Full-Time employees). Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00+ per hour (Based on experience). Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!). Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available. Requirements

Active California CNA certification (Required).
Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.
