Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED

- 1 year of experience

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs such as but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, eating, etc.
- Answer call lights promptly and with great attitude
- Follow residents care plan and communicate any inaccuracy to the department director
- Complete required documentation in accordance with community policies and state and/or federal regulations
- Comply with safety and sanitary standards
