• Strong communication and observation skills

• Previous night shift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive resident care during overnight shifts
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), repositioning, and mobility
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns
• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive nighttime environment
• Accurately complete required documentation and shift reports
