Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
- Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
- Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
- Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions
