About The Position

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE! MUST HAVE A PA CNA LICENSE!! Pay: $19.75 - $24.75 per hour We are currently offering limited-time hiring incentives for new team members! Limited to the First 8 New Hires Only! We recognize experience and are prepared to offer some of the highest rates on our pay scale for qualified applicants. Option 1 – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues Option 2 – $3,500 Sign-On Bonus + Additional PTO $3,500 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues 5 additional PTO days provided upon hire (available after the first 90 days of successful employment) After 90 days, begin accruing 3 weeks of PTO per year instead of 2 weeks Why Join Concordia at Villa St. Joseph as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ? Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, and bladder/bowel management
- Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning, and positioning
- Documenting care provided
- Answering resident call bells and responding promptly to resident needs
