Requirements

• A valid California CNA certification
• A compassionate, patient-focused mindset
• A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• A genuine desire to support and care for seniors

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs and document care accurately and timely
• Support nurses by following individualized care plans
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain a respectful, professional, and caring approach at all times
