We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As a CNA, your primary responsibility is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. Your role is critical in promoting the comfort, safety, and well-being of the residents under your care.
Requirements
- High school education or completion of 10th grade minimum
- Valid California CNA Certification (required)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math, reasoning, and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and transporting residents safely
- Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weight, and food/fluid intake as instructed
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to the nurse supervisor
- Maintain residents’ rooms in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Assist with meal delivery and feeding; provide after-meal care
- Help residents prepare for medical exams or therapies
- Support restorative and rehabilitative care efforts
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely
- Respect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
