Your Role: Under the direction of a RN or LPN, performs a variety of routine duties involving care of medically ill acute or subacute residents Performs direct resident care Observes and reports changes in the behavior and physical status of residents Provides a clean and safe environment Performs other related duties NOTE: Orientation requires your availability to complete Clinical Orientation on your first full week (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm). Reports To: Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Manager [JC 031001], RN/Assistant Nurse Manager [JC 030303], or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [JC 041704] Supervises: None
