Your Impact & Responsibilities: Resident Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and hygiene, while ensuring their dignity and comfort. Clinical Support: Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident observations to ensure timely care. Care Plan Implementation: Deliver personalized care based on individual resident needs and physician-directed care plans.
