About The Position

Sampson Regional Medical Center has night shift opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants to join the Emergency Department! Description: The selected candidate will perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients of all ages under the direction and guidance of professional and nursing personnel. Assists with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Assists in the Emergency Department as a circulator. Provides transportation of patients to radiology and other units.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• BLS certification required
• High School Diploma required
• Medical Terminology knowledge required

Nice To Haves

• Unit Secretary experience preferred, including clerical and computer experience
