Requirements

• Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and assist with patient mobility
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts during overnight hours

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Assist with feeding patients and ensuring their comfort
• Document care provided accurately and timely in patient records
