Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
- Respond to call lights and provide timely support
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
- Enter data into computer on AOD
- Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating
