Requirements

  • Current CNA certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
  • Respond to call lights and provide timely support
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
  • Enter data into computer on AOD
  • Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating
