About The Position

The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. • Cert Nurse Assistant - Various
