We foster a culture of compassion, professional growth, and mutual respect—because when you thrive, so do those in your care! s a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. You’ll help support mealtimes, ensure a safe and clean environment, provide companionship, and offer emotional support. You’ll work closely with the nursing team to meet individual resident needs and will receive thorough training and ongoing support tailored to resident acuity and care plans.
Requirements
- A passion for compassionate care and a desire to grow in a collaborative team environment
- Current CNA certification in the state of California (required)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support mealtimes
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
