Role Overview:
Provide direct treatment and care for clients following treatment plans and protocols developed by the Occupational Therapist (OT)
Plan and implement client-centered treatment activities and tasks to support skill development and progress towards established treatment goals
Collect data and document progress towards established treatment goals
Collaborate with the supervising OT and parents/caregivers to support the therapeutic process and client progress
Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Active occupational therapy assistant license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or the ability to obtain clearance card
• Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
• Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge
• Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
• Bilingualism is a plus!
