DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION: Number of Openings (at the time of posting): 1 Salary: $70,231.20 - $85,521.28/ Anually Length of Work Year: Full-time: 8 hours; Work Days/Year: 215 days Work hours: M-F; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Location: Special Education JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Successfully graduated from an accredited occupational therapy professional program Experience: Two years of experience as a certified occupational therapy assistant with a primary focus on sensory integration therapy with pediatric clients; or any combination of training and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities. Experience in a public school classroom is desired A work history demonstrating reliability and good attendance Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing: Initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Current license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
