New team members receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the COTA , you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Carrying out treatment plans under OT supervision Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements

  • Current Washington COTA license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years SNF experience Preferred
  • SNF experience preferred - but not required
