The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides skilled support under the direction of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents achieve functional independence in a variety of settings.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in occupational therapy required.
- Current state licensure – new graduates will be considered
- Certified (COTA) through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- CPR required or obtained within 60 days of employment.
- Possess a valid driving license and capable of being covered by insurance.
