About The Position

ACE Wellness Center specializes in behavioral mental health for children, adolescents, and adults. The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with ACE Wellness Center’s youth and adult clients as well as IOP/PHP youth and adult programs and be responsible for: At ACE Wellness Center it is our mission to serve adults, children, and their families with high-quality, innovative, and individualize care that will lead to a life filled with Fortitude and fulfillment. We Also have ACE Wellness Corp. which is our nonprofit sector in which we take donations and grants to cover cost for the families we serve. Requirements

Valid State of Ohio License to prescribe
DEA and NPI
Familiarity with the preferred EHR medical charting system
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
3 + years experience providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders.
Ability to Relocate: Berea, OH 44017: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide medication management including initial assessments, evaluating test/lab data, and updating the EHR
Maintain metrics of productivity
Provide teaching/education to clinical staff as required
Attending required department education and meetings
Promptly respond to calls and emails
Provide necessary telehealth services.
Collaborate with a team of counselors, mental health specialists, and physicians.
