A well-respected community hospital located outside Hermiston, Oregon, is searching for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its team Offering $322,400/annually + up to $40,000 in Quality Incentives + $30,000 Commencement Bonus Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Opportunity: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Schedule: 4x10 Day Shift 1/5 Call rotation w/ OB Coverage Offers a comprehensive and robust benefits package, including $8,000 CME, student loan assistance, paid malpractice insurance, and much more Surrounding Community: An outdoor paradise, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains. Requirements
- Must have a DNP in Nursing
- Must have an active and unencumbered RN and CRNA License in Oregon
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition, and create a tailored anesthesia plan
- Closely monitor vital signs and respond immediately to any complications during surgery
- Manage the patient's recovery from anesthesia in the PACU, ensuring pain management and stabilizing patients
- Assist and rotate between Orthopedic, Otolaryngologist, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Cardiac, General Surgery, and Urology departments as needed to assist with surgical procedures
