A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is responsible for the administration of anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures. CRNAs assess patients before anesthesia, monitor vital signs during procedures, and manage post-anesthesia recovery. They work in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, dentists, podiatrists, and other healthcare professionals in a variety of settings such as hospitals, surgical centers, and outpatient clinics.
