We are currently seeking a CSAC-A Supervisee or CSAC-A to be responsible for clinical and administrative activities relating to outpatient substance abuse referrals, providing substance use case management, assisting with sending out invites for group counseling, working with individuals, families, couples who are impacted by addiction. Services may be provided through Tele Services as well as through face-to-face direct contact.

Requirements

  • Must be CSAC-A Eligible or CSAC-A who is certified by the Virginia Board of Counseling to practice in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Virginia.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Must also have k nowledge of substance abuse treatment and recovery, either through education or lived experience.
  • Ability to work within the community providing supports to connect individuals to services and resources to assist with overall health and wellbeing.
  • A general knowledge of the disease model of addiction, community resources and treatment options, either through education or lived experiences.
