Assists surgeon by passing sterile articles, retracting tissue, counting and handling of surgical specimens; remains alert to and safeguards against patient injury from electrical/mechanical hazards while guarding asepsis.
Requirements
- High School Graduate.
- Graduation from a formal accredited surgical technician training program.
- Certified Surgical Tech Certification required.
- All employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification.
Nice To Haves
- Two years surgical technician experience.
