Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Graduation from a formal accredited surgical technician training program.
- Certified Surgical Tech Certification
Nice To Haves
- Two years surgical technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists surgeon by passing sterile articles, retracting tissue, counting and handling of surgical specimens
- remains alert to and safeguards against patient injury from electrical/mechanical hazards while guarding asepsis.
