About The Position

Concord Elementary School is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Frontline Administrator to manage the daily process of assigning substitute teachers for staff absences. This individual will serve as a key liaison between teachers, administrators, and substitute personnel to ensure smooth classroom coverage and minimal disruption to instruction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Aesop (Frontline Absence Management) or similar absence management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily staff absences through the Aesop (Absence Management)/Frontline system
  • Coordinate and assign qualified substitute teachers to cover classroom vacancies
  • Communicate promptly with teachers and substitutes regarding assignments and changes
  • Maintain accurate records of absences and coverage
  • Report trends and concerns related to staff coverage to the administration
  • Assist in onboarding new substitutes to the system
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure compliance with district policies and procedures
