The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive leader and strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for ensuring the company remains financially healthy, profitable, and well positioned for rapid expansion. This role leads all financial strategy, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, pricing strategy, lease oversight, and expansion modeling while keeping executives, directors, managers, and owners informed and aligned. Success in this role means maintaining strong cash flow during new construction cycles, delivering clear and actionable financial insights to leaders at every level, creating disciplined and realistic budgets, designing incentive programs that drive performance, and ensuring new locations are financially viable. The CFO must proactively identify trends and risks, recommend solutions, and provide steady leadership through both growth and economic uncertainty. This role requires the ability to translate financial data into practical guidance for non-financial leaders while maintaining a strategic, long term view of the business. The CFO directly manages the Bookkeeper, IT Manager, Membership Manager, and Regional Retail Managers and serves as a mentor and resource to leaders across the company.
