• Enjoy being outside in variable weather conditions
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people
• Confidence in ability to instruct groups and enforce procedures
• Excellent understanding of teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to share responsibilities with team members.
• High level of patience and able to cope well with stress
• Strong guest services skills
• Must be able to work with children and adults.
• This job requires you to be outdoors and standing for lengths of time in a variety of weather conditions.
• Looking for people comfortable being guest-facing and interacting with all guests.

Nice To Haves

• Ropes Course experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspecting the ropes adventure course and all safety gear each day
• Properly harness and de-harness guests for their time on the course
• Give ground school orientation to guests before they enter the course
• Coach guests through the course when needed
• Pass the written and practical exam to become a Level 1 Ropes Practitioner
• Obey all safety protocols
• Work with Summer Camp Staff to facilitate campers’ schedules on the course
• Work together with the team to provide breaks for coworkers
