About The Position
14412 - Change & Adoption Business Analyst (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: onsite Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required); Experience in change management; Experience in business analysis with focus in establishing change assets and sustainable, scalable processes; Experience with AI, automation, data integration; Experience with lean six sigma; Experience with data analysis; Experience with AI Preferred: Experience with wind, solar, fossil Responsibilities: Lead large-scale business analysis projects that drive efficiency improvements and process automation across the business unit. Manage data integrity and data governance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and business objectives. Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and market intelligence to support business strategies and senior management decisions. Design and modify business processes, including creation of reusable change assets and scalable change management processes. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools for operational and financial performance insights. Use databases and analytical tools to perform demand, locational, segment, growth, and propensity modeling and derive actionable business insights. Review and refine cost models, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with project and customer goals. Why apply?
