About The Position

The Change Analyst within Revenue Operations (ROPS) plays a critical role in managing the "people side" of change for key initiatives. The Change Analyst will help develop and drive forward change strategy for ROPS implementations as well as internal Kinetic initiatives to ensure the teammate experience is accounted for in all aspects and stages of work. This role is responsible for ensuring that system updates, new implementations, and process changes are effectively communicated to impacted leaders and teammates, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.

Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret survey data and feedback to adjust change strategies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals.
  • Energetic Leader: Highly motivated, agile teammate who drives forward initiatives in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Education: 4 year degree in Communication or related degree

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci Change Management certification preferred
  • Background in project management
  • Background in revenue operations a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Change Management & Strategy
  • Change Advocacy: Drive awareness and understanding for change management across Team Kinetic and ROPS
  • Develop Change Plans: Align change management strategies with projects.
  • Teammate Readiness: Lead "Teammate Readiness" calls and workshops to prepare teammates and leaders for upcoming milestones.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze engagement survey responses and feedback to identify themes, resistance, or areas where teammates need more support.
  • Strategic Planning: Advise leadership on rollout timing to minimize teammate disruption.
  • Communications & Messaging
  • Draft and Manage Communications: Create and distribute targeted email communications for various phases of project rollouts (e.g., pilot, general release, system updates/patches).
  • Coordinate Review Cycles: Facilitate the review of communication content with leadership and stakeholders to ensure accuracy before distribution.
  • Tailor Messaging: Customize messaging for different audiences, such as leadership pre-reads versus pilot user instructions.
  • Feature Highlights: Create "feature highlight" emails to educate frontline staff on new system automations and capabilities.
  • Training & Resources
  • Resource Management: Create and maintain workspaces to house change and project materials.
  • Change Champion Execution: Organize and lead meetings for "Change Champions" to support peer-to-peer adoption.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with Stakeholders, Product/IT leaders, and Project teams to drive forward change and long term adoption success.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate status meetings, post-deployment feedback sessions, and readiness workshops.
