We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and coordinated execution of design changes that affect the lifecycle of the MIM suite of software products. As a key controller in the change process, you’ll provide documentation and support essential to the software release cycle. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher. Degrees in a technical or scientific field are preferred. In lieu of a degree, four or more years of experience in a technical field is acceptable.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, analysis, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience related to project management and planning is preferred.
  • Experience with and understanding of document control, design transfer, and acceptance activity is preferred.
  • Experience with software releases is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of software changes, overseeing initiation, evaluation, and approval of changes.
  • Coordinate stakeholder input and maintain momentum throughout the change process.
  • Align release plans with resource reality.
  • Enable product release by entering product information and SBOMs into multiple tools.
  • Monitor release progress weekly.
  • Ensure software changes are according to company quality and regulatory policies.
  • Manage these change processes for new and existing products.
  • Manage dependencies on multiple releases.
  • Distribute and synchronize required tasks after change release.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams, project managers, software engineers, and Quality and Regulatory specialists.
  • Facilitate product reviews.
  • Ensure products are released on time, on quality, and on budget.
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions with Engineering to define and prioritize on deliverables together with the Design Change Control team.
  • Manage change notifications and distribute change documentation to suppliers.
  • Investigate, suggest, and implement process improvements to streamline the design control process.
