About The Position

The Change Management Analyst serves as the air traffic controller of all changes coming into the Manufacturing/Production world, assuring that everything is complete, concise and parts are here to seamlessly incorporate the change into Operations. It is a cross functional position with knowledge of the transition of Engineered Designs into Manufacturing Documentation and Processes. Your role: Be part of a Manufacturing Engineering organization of approximately 35 professionals, including Engineers, IT Specialists, Drafters, and Technicians, supporting site manufacturing operations. This role contributes to cross-functional execution and technical alignment across multiple disciplines. Support change management in day-to-day activities, including creating change notice tasks, revising bills of materials, and maintaining the controlled copy log. You will help ensure all documentation and processes are accurate and up to date. Execute manufacturing bill of material updates and assist with costing requests. You will play a key role in keeping production data current and supporting cost analysis. Contribute to metrics reporting for change management, such as tracking Operations Change Order (OCO) status on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Your work will help drive continuous improvement and transparency in change management. Assist in the creation and management of written change management procedures and other supporting tasks. You will help standardize processes and support the overall effectiveness of the Change Management process

Requirements

  • You have acquired a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and project/program management, preferably within the Medical Devices industry.
  • You hold Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Vocational Education in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Your skills include profiency with SAP-MBP, Windchill, or similar ERP and document management systems; familiar with bill of materials, planning, and change management in an operations or factory environment; knowledge of manufacturing document requirements is desired.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment. You are committed to supporting change management and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
