About The Position

ASRC Federal AFSS is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to provide remote support for a NASA contract based in Greenbelt, MD. Job overview: Develop and execute a change readiness strategy to support NASA’s Enterprise AI and data priorities, including embedding AI and data transformation into NASA’s culture, tools, and daily work. Position is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Experience in OCM with proven success in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change frameworks.
  • Able to balance strategy development with hands-on execution.
  • Experience creating measurable success metrics for change initiatives.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented approach to customer requests.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong attention to accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is preferred.
  • Must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Travel expected to be less than 10%.

  • Prosci certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Innovation & Change Lead to design and implement an AI and Data Workforce Engagement Strategy, and build a shared vision and framework for change, including, but not limited to: OCM strategy framework Personas and audience journeys Change model and goals Key messages and success measures
  • Develop and deliver communications, engagement plans, and readiness activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics and engagement outcomes.
  • Ensure the strategy aligns with NASA’s UPLIFT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework and ADKAR principles are integrated to drive adoption at both organizational and individual levels.
