Responsibilities

Assist the Change Lead in all change management activities, including:
Work planning and scheduling
Utilizing data-driven insights to refine change strategies and enhance organizational readiness
Stakeholder management and communication
Gap analysis and process improvement
Metrics tracking and reporting
Develop and deliver/facilitate training sessions to end users
Support the creation of knowledge management materials and resources
Assist in the design and development of training related content (e.g., tip sheets, Quick Reference Guides) for ongoing learning
Collaborate across internal and client workstreams.
