At Intrado, all of our work truly matters. Intrado is hiring a Channel Manager in the Southeast Region of the US to join our Enterprise Channel Sales team. We are seeking a high-impact Channel Manager to support and execute our enterprise channel strategy across indirect partnerships, including TSDs. This role is responsible for day-to-day partner engagement, enablement, and co-selling execution to help drive revenue growth for our enterprise safety solutions. The ideal candidate has direct experience working within the partner ecosystem, supporting complex partner relationships, and enabling indirect sellers in public safety or enterprise technology environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances within enterprise technology, telecom, or public safety solutions
  • Direct experience working with VARs, TSDs, or multi-tier indirect channel partners
  • Knowledge of working alongside partner ecosystems strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise partner programs, certifications, and co-sell motions
  • Demonstrated ability to support partner-led sales motions and revenue growth initiatives
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and execute within a defined channel strategy
  • Analytical skills with experience tracking pipeline, KPIs, and partner performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise 911 solutions or public safety communications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute channel and partner programs aligned with the broader enterprise channel strategy
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners within OEM, cloud, and collaboration partner programs
  • Support joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives with indirect partners and select enterprise alliances
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring alignment on sales motions, enablement, and solution positioning
  • Deliver partner enablement by providing training, sales tools, solution messaging, and ongoing support to partner sales teams
  • Support revenue growth by assisting partners in identifying opportunities, building pipeline, and closing deals within assigned territory
  • Coordinate partner incentives, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives across multi-tier partner networks
  • Track and report partner performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue contribution Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support partner integrations and solution readiness
  • Represent the company at partner meetings, enablement sessions, and industry events as needed
