About The Position

Sophos is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join our North America channel marketing team. At Sophos, we put partners at the center of how we go to market, and this role is critical to helping our partners drive growth while protecting customers from today’s evolving cyber threats. In this role, you’ll work closely with Channel Sales and partner stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada to plan and execute partner marketing programs that drive pipeline, strengthen partner engagement, and support meaningful security outcomes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for a marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action, delivering measurable results, and taking ownership of partner programs. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, where success is driven through ownership, cross-functional influence, and strong execution with partners. Success in this role looks like engaged, activated partners who consistently execute joint marketing programs that produce measurable pipeline and net-new customer growth. Sophos offers a supportive, growth-oriented culture with a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and internal career development—making this a great opportunity to build your channel marketing career in cybersecurity. This role reports to the Director of Channel Marketing, North America

  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and partner teams to deliver shared goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, PowerBI, Asana) to analyze partner performance, assess MDF ROI, and optimize programs based on pipeline and conversion data.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, generate insights, and enhance execution across marketing programs
  • Clear, practical communication style to build trust with internal stakeholders and partners and translate marketing programs into actionable plans.
  • Intellectual curiosity with an interest in cybersecurity, AI-enabled security capabilities, and a desire to learn and grow in a partner-first environment.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Plan and execute high-impact partner demand generation and go-to-market programs, leveraging established Sophos frameworks while identifying opportunities to adapt, optimize, or pilot new approaches with priority partners.
