About The Position

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Channel Marketing Operations Intern to support the daily execution of operational marketing activities that help maintain Toshiba’s partner ecosystem and digital marketing infrastructure. This internship is designed for a student interested in learning how channel marketing functions behind the scenes—supporting partner systems, digital content updates, communications workflows, and internal coordination that enable an efficient partner experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to partner programs, internal marketing tools, digital content management, and channel operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working independently and learning internal systems quickly
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort working in digital systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HTML/CSS or web content management systems
  • Familiarity with document formatting tools such as Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest in digital marketing operations, systems, and content management
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Partner Portal Management
  • Upload and maintain partner-facing collateral within the partner portal
  • Ensure materials are properly categorized and updated as product announcements, program changes, and new resources are released
  • Help organize marketing assets and resources available to partners
  • Partner Access & User Management
  • Process requests for new partner users and account updates
  • Support access management for the partner portal and other partner-facing systems
  • Maintain accurate records of user roles, permissions, and account status
  • Website & Digital Content Support
  • Assist with backend updates to web pages and landing pages related to partner programs and announcements
  • Update marketing content, partner listings, and downloadable resources as information changes
  • Support ongoing website content maintenance and digital improvements
  • Marketing Systems & Content Management
  • Format and prepare marketing materials for digital distribution
  • Manage updates to internal and partner-facing documents
  • Support operational workflows tied to announcements, communications, and program updates
  • Channel Marketing Operations Support
  • Assist with maintaining project timelines, task tracking, and workflow organization in Asana
  • Support internal communications, newsletters, email lists, and social media coordination
  • Help organize calendars, trackers, and internal program documentation
  • Support basic reporting and tracking for communications and program activities
