About The Position

The Channel Marketing Specialist role drives winning marketing programs to increase ASUS' market share in North America. The Channel Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and expanding the reach of ASUS products through channel partners, distributors, and partner marketing initiatives . This role works closely with the sales team to develop, drive, grow, and expand sales through marketing programs, channel programs, MDF activities, trade shows, partner events, joint promotions, and other channel initiatives. The position collaborates with internal teams and external partners to create and implement marketing campaigns, materials, and resources that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google for Work, and Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of the technology ecosystem and channel business preferred.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with customers and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and priority-setting skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Years of Education Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Work Experience 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in channel marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology or consumer electronics industries.
  • Experience supporting channel programs, partner marketing programs , or trade shows/event marketing initiatives .
  • Experience with digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting channel partners to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners by providing updates on product launches, campaigns, and promotional opportunities.
  • Understand business objectives and growth plans and proactively develop marketing programs and initiatives to increase ASUS business in North America.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions or webinars to educate partners on new products, marketing programs, and sales tactics. Ensure partners are well-equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively promote ASUS products.
  • Localize, customize, and assist in developing sales and marketing tools for channel customers.
  • Execute and administer channel marketing programs and partner programs while monitoring, recording, and analyzing ROI.
  • Support trade shows, partner events, commercial events, webinars, sales training sessions, and MDF marketing activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
