About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to design, implement, and optimize channel programs that directly drive revenue growth and partner engagement. You will build frameworks from the ground up, including distributor and reseller agreements, governance structures, and compliance systems, while aligning partner activities with sales pipelines. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, legal, and finance teams, you will define metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve programs to maximize ROI. The position requires both strategic vision and operational rigor, giving you autonomy to adapt programs as markets evolve. You will play a critical role in expanding market reach, enhancing partner relationships, and shaping the operational backbone that supports long-term business growth. Success in this role is measured by pipeline impact, partner-sourced revenue, and program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in channel or partner program management, sales operations, or contract operations, preferably in B2B technology, enterprise hardware/software, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to design and implement operational frameworks from scratch in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Experience with partner incentive programs, fund approval workflows, proof-of-performance validation, and POS data reconciliation.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, working effectively with Legal and Finance.
  • Operational discipline in finance and procurement processes, with attention to compliance and audit readiness.
  • Data fluency with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel) to link program investments to funnel metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite including CoPilot.

Responsibilities

  • Design and draft distributor, reseller, and channel partner agreement frameworks in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Establish governance structures for programs, including fund approval workflows, proof-of-performance validation, and dispute resolution protocols.
  • Build operational infrastructure for program management, POS data collection, partner tier validation, and fund payout processing.
  • Monitor program compliance, enforce governance standards, and resolve exceptions or disputes with partners.
  • Define success metrics, track partner-sourced leads, and report on program ROI to leadership.
  • Continuously refine and scale programs based on performance data and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and channel teams to ensure programs support strategic objectives and revenue targets.
