About The Position

As a skilled Charge RN, you will be delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, we seamlessly integrate the nursing process – from comprehensive assessment to meticulous planning, skillful implementation, and diligent evaluation. Our unit is a dynamic hub where skilled nurses take the helm, expertly leading their teams and fostering collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, all dedicated to providing the highest standards of age-appropriate and developmentally sensitive patient care.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

We provide patient-centered care, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs. This includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, intervention, coordination, education, and outcome evaluation, all aligned with WFBMC policies.
