About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Charity Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of fundraising events, nonprofit campaigns, and community outreach initiatives . This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about community service, nonprofit work, event coordination, and fundraising . In this role, you will gain hands-on experience organizing charity events, supporting nonprofit campaigns, and engaging with donors and community members . No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or business is a plus)
  • Strong interest in charity events, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or community outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event schedules
  • No previous event or nonprofit experience required — full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and nonprofit community initiatives
  • Assist with event logistics, setup, registration, and onsite coordination
  • Help coordinate volunteers and event staff during fundraising events
  • Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members to create a positive experience
  • Manage event check-ins, registrations, and guest interactions
  • Track event attendance and participation metrics
  • Gather attendee feedback and insights to improve future events
  • Work closely with event coordinators and outreach teams to ensure smooth event operations
