Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and fundraising initiatives
- Support event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and breakdown
- Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure a positive event experience
- Help create, edit, and distribute event communications and promotional materials
- Track and report on event performance, attendance, and fundraising outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to align events with organizational goals
- Participate in post-event evaluations and contribute ideas for future improvements
