Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience with medical office procedures preferred
• Company submitted, paid for, received and reviewed Background Check required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Verify insurance, collect necessary documentation, and update patient records
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records
