Primary responsibilities include everything from organizing the team for success, sourcing product, working closely with the restaurant team, and planning and execution of new menu items all while ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial targets. This individual will set the standard for all things taste, sip and try.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine highly preferred
- Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards
- Guest-first mentality; excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Direct daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation
- Bring innovative and thoughtful ideas for menu creation, testing and perfecting recipes consistently
- Manage food inventory; controlling stock and placing orders as needed
- Supervising and mentoring team members
