About The Position

Culinary Team Members onboard a cruise ship are responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of high -quality cuisine in line with company standards, brand concepts, and international food safety regulations. Culinary professionals work within a structured, high -volume, multicultural environment, delivering consistent dining experiences across multiple venues while adhering to operational, safety, and sanitation requirements. Senior culinary roles carry additional responsibilities related to leadership, planning, quality assurance, and cost control.

Requirements

  • Recognized culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or cruise ships preferred
  • Leadership experience required for senior positions
  • Food safety certification required or highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in English (working language onboard)
