About The Position

We are seeking a talented Chef Manager with strong experience in authentic Italian cuisine, including house-made pastas, pizzas, classic risottos, and traditional Italian preparation techniques.  This chef-driven lunch program serves approximately 80 high-touch covers daily and includes a main entrée line, a salad bar, and a made-to-order pasta, pizza, risotto station. Creativity is highly encouraged, as the chef will develop and lead most of the menu.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with pastas, risottos, and rice dishes
  • Prior culinary leadership experience
  • Ability to deliver high-touch service in a premium environment
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Creative, organized, and guest-focused

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality pasta, pizza and risotto dishes made to order
  • Develop menus, daily specials, and rotating station features
  • Lead and schedule a team of 2–3 employees
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, food safety, and production standards
  • Provide excellent service for a high-end corporate client
  • Manage small catering events and one annual large holiday meal (~200)
  • Complete administrative and computer-based tasks as needed
