We are seeking a talented Chef Manager with strong experience in authentic Italian cuisine, including house-made pastas, pizzas, classic risottos, and traditional Italian preparation techniques. This chef-driven lunch program serves approximately 80 high-touch covers daily and includes a main entrée line, a salad bar, and a made-to-order pasta, pizza, risotto station. Creativity is highly encouraged, as the chef will develop and lead most of the menu.
