The Position: Prepare, cook, and present food for café, kiosks, and catered events, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage your section during service with efficiency, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations. Mentor junior chefs and apprentices, fostering skill development. Contribute to menu planning and daily specials to enhance offerings. The Person : Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook, with Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and efficient kitchen operations. Ability to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
