About The Position

Join our team as a Chemical Process Engineering Co-op.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chemical Process Engineering Co-op to join our team. This is a technical co-op. The co-op performs assignments which have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a college student enrolled in a technical degree program. Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
• Ability to travel: <10%

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe manner at all times. Adheres to both Matrix and client established safety standards when appropriate.
• Acts in a support role to the project engineer or technical lead. Assigned small tasks which are checked upon completion and before moving onto the next task.
• Works with more experienced project team members or design projects.
• Generate CAD drawings based on detailed design provided by an experienced project team member.
• Follow company design standards.
• Identify and use appropriate tool for each application.
